Rob Russell is a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in scaling technology businesses. He began his career at UBS Investment Bank, qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant before going on to hold senior finance leadership roles across a range of private equity and venture capital backed scale-ups.
Most recently, Rob served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Virtualstock, a Notion Capital backed UK enterprise SaaS business, where he played a central role in the company's successful exit to US-based Logicbroker in September 2025.
Rob holds a Bachelor's degree and an MSc in International Banking and Financial Studies from the University of Southampton.
