Our recruitment process
Stage 1
We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your CV, and we aim to come back to you with further news within about a week (sometimes this can take a little longer if we have a high volume of applications and if multiple stakeholders are reviewing profiles). Your first conversation is always with the recruitment team.
Stage 2
Technical/Software Engineering Roles: there will usually be a technical test, technical interview and a further meeting with the broader team to ensure a good personal fit.Other Roles: there is a meeting with your future colleagues and another with the hiring manager.
Stage 3
The last stage is always a face-to-face meeting in our offices with the Department Head and Chief People Officer.
We try to move the process forward as quickly as possible, while also making sure that you have gained a really good understanding of the role and the company culture, so that everyone is happy that the position is a good match.
